User Agreement
Please read and agree to our User Agreement before you continue using People Hub.
Welcome! Before you start exploring People Hub, it’s important to set out the expectations of how to use the system:
We’ve created an exciting library of learning content to support your development, but we don’t expect that to be in your own personal time.
Sometimes you will be assigned mandatory compliance-related learning content. When this is done it will be made clear to you that the training is mandatory, and you will be given a deadline that you must complete the training before.
You will also have access to a wide library of additional voluntary development, some of which will be relevant to your role and some of which will not.
You will be expected to complete any mandatory training, or additional training relevant to your work at Superdry, within your working time. To ensure Superdry meets it’s national minimum wage obligations, if you are hourly paid or salaried we ask that you complete this within your contracted hours. If that isn’t possible, and additional time is needed, please agree this with your manager upfront and they will record the additional time to be paid (if hourly paid) or provide you with time off in lieu (if salaried). If you need assistance from your manager to set aside time for this, it is your responsibility to speak to them to request this.
If you wish to explore and complete content not relevant to your role or to support your development goals outside of work you may use People Hub in your personal time to do this, however you accept this is your personal choice and cannot claim back or charge for working hours for completion of this learning.
All data stored within the system will be done so in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
